What is Coaching?

Coaching is partnering with clients in an intentional conversation, igniting a creative process that maximizes their potential and empowers them to live into their purpose.

Coaching is a process of helping individuals or teams clarify their goals, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to achieve their desired outcomes. It is a partnership between a coach and a client, where the coach facilitates the client’s growth and learning by asking powerful questions, actively listening, and providing feedback and support.

The coaching relationship is expected to produce insights, greater personal awareness, changed behaviors, actions, and ultimately: results that satisfy the client. Much is expected of you as a client: to evaluate, reason, imagine, decide, and implement.
