Thanks to the partnership of the Lily Endowment and the Covenant’s Serve Clergy, a $500 grant was established for credentialed pastors in good standing to pay for spiritual direction, therapeutic counseling, or coaching.
As a fellow credentialed pastor (ordained to Word and Sacrament in 2009), I understand the unique challenges and joys of ministry life. Having served as both an associate and lead pastor in Covenant churches and leading a house church that began as a Covenant church plant, I have walked alongside congregations through various stages of growth and transformation. In my roles as the Vitality Coaching Coordinator for the denomination and the Church Planter Coaching Coordinator for the Northwest Conference, I’ve had the privilege of supporting pastors facing the complex demands of leading and nurturing their communities. I know firsthand the weight of these responsibilities and the importance of finding support and partnership in this journey.

To help you make the most of your grant, I offer a tailored coaching package:
- Five 60-minute sessions over the next three to five months for $500.
- You choose the focus of our sessions based on your personal and ministry goals.
- Our coaching will encourage discovery, insight, and actionable steps, fostering clarity and hope.
The standard rate for non-clergy clients is $200 per 60-minute session ($1,000 total). This special offer represents a 50% discount for clergy colleagues!
