Barbara brings 25+ years of executive coaching and ministry leadership, including serving as Executive Associate Superintendent for the East Coast Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church. Her expertise in leader formation and coaching makes her uniquely qualified to help leaders discover what needs to change within themselves in order to lead their organizations into a new future.

As architect of the Internal Peer Coaching Network and founding leader of multiple ministries, Barbara understands that organizational thriving flows from leader thriving. She specializes in excavating under the surface of a leader’s context and interior landscape, helping them build from the ground up with a leader-first approach that creates lasting transformation.
